甘筍薯條
Carrot Fries
簡單易整的健康小吃, 甘筍愛好者今天的下午茶點!
材料:
甘筍 ... 切長條約1cm 厚
玉米粉 ... 1Tbsp
菜油 ... 1Tbsp
黑椒 ... 少許
鹽 ... 少許
香草 ... 少許
1)
預熱焗爐 180℃
2) 將
玉米粉和黑胡椒拌入甘筍條,甘筍條需平均放在焗盤上。
3) 焗約40 - 45分鐘, 一半時間後需反
轉
甘筍條
。
4) 完成後把
鹽和香草加入。
