2014 不一樣的月餅
今年中秋的天氣麻麻地,我們只能在雲層間賞月。長老揀了"打邊爐"來興中秋,今年不齊人所以早了起動,很快就吃完晩飯,送完他們上船後時間尚早,人潮未至,我倆決定去誠品,愛人買雜誌,而我就去吸取靈感。
雖然我不愛吃月餅,但中秋又點可以無月餅呢,在人月倆團完的日子,有人吃傳統月餅,有人吃雪糕月餅,而我們呢~就吃羅漢果啫喱月餅!
羅漢果Jelly
材料:
羅漢果 半個
水 ....500ml
魚膠粉....25g
