識食Hea住瘦
做人最緊要有目標,做想做的,一點也不辛苦。如你說:我要發達! 我呢:我要減肥!所以不用擔心,我不辛苦。只要識食,就能 Hea 住瘦。你看我只是 “多吃蔬菜水果,少吃肉” ,吃得比從前健康。
體重下降至 110 ,還有2磅就達標 !
