味噌照燒茄子
人本日的下酒菜,味噌照燒茄子。今天我來試試這個做法行不行,預備一點蒜蓉和辣椒粒,把茄子切段,加點油把蒜蓉和辣椒起鍋,聞到香味,把茄子加入,稍稍煎香茄子,將味噌和水加人,待水收乾,把煮好放涼的茄子,用密封盒子放雪櫃一晚,明天才吃更入味。
