STAUB 鍋 - 蝦米肉鬆煲仔飯
謝謝你陪我一起做實驗,試了又試,終於實驗成功,能重覆做出這款「我家的蝦米肉鬆煲仔飯」,飯要乾身帶金黃色飯焦又不“痴”底。😄 開心很簡單!
做法:
1)煲要先預熱,熱煲後在煲底和邊位掃一點油,放入
荵頭和
蒜
頭起鍋,
跟著放米和雞湯,煮滾,轉
用5火煮2分鐘,飯應收乾水;
2)把炒好的蝦米和肉鬆放在飯上,用4火煮15分鐘;
3)要有飯焦, 用4火煮多5分鐘;(不愛飯焦,可除去這步)
4)最後,關火焗5分鐘。
睇下個煲幾乾淨
