鹽焗奄仔蟹
第一次嘅「鹽焗奄仔蟹」,做法好簡單,只用了2斤粗鹽和一茶匙的五香粉。其實味道是可以的,但今日買的奄仔蟹有點細,所以能吃的不是太多呢 😜 。下次再整時要記得「不要去除蟹後面個 pat pat 位」,只要揭開唧走排泄物,因為今次有不少的蟹膏流了出來,浪費了!
* 先炒熱粗鹽,再加五香粉,加入五香粉後要小心,五香粉易被炒燶。當鹽夠熱,先拿走一半嘅鹽,將蟹排在鹽的上面,把剛才拿起的一半鹽放在蟹的上面,焗了10分鐘。
