十穀粥
又係粥!今次係十穀粥, 依個粥嘅材料好豐富, 有糙米, 小米, 小麥, 蕎麥, 燕麥米, 燕麥片, 黑糯米, 薏仁米, 芡實&蓮子。本來個粥嘅賣點係養顏瘦身, 點知愛人為求好味, 加咗瑤柱同冬菇一齐煲,個粥當然更好味, 但咁樣點瘦身呀,請問?點解今朝要食粥,因琴晚個『一人火煱』比較Heavy囉 !
