芡實薏米瑤柱甘筍瘦肉湯
春夏之間, 濕氣重, 人容易疲倦, 為愛人煲個靚湯, 幫他清熱袪濕。這個湯他一定很鍾意, 因為"芡實多過薏米" haha...
A) 材料:
芡實3兩, 紅棗12粒, 陳皮2塊, 生熟薏米各2兩, 甘筍2個, 瑤柱8粒, 瘦肉12兩
B) 做法:
甘筍去皮, 切件。紅棗去核, 其餘材料用水略浸洗
將全部材料放入煲內,加水煮約個半小時 (我用壓力煲大概25分鐘)
