燒雞腿沙津
炎熱天氣的午餐!
每次過來也不會錯過這裡的 ABF 雞, 昨晚買了雞腿回家, 先去骨留皮, 後用南非出產的 "Cape Herb & Spice" Chicken Seasoning 調味,放入雪櫃一晚。午飯前用焗爐 220 度, 每邊焗10分鐘。
