健康好味的 “OO”
“隔夜燕麥瓶 - Overnight Oat ” 我家簡稱它為" OO ",做法簡單,前一晚把燕麥浸於牛奶或乳酪裡,第二日的早上加入水果,果仁等配料,就成了健康好味的隔夜燕麥瓶。材料可按喜好,做出天天不同款式的燕麥瓶,這個夏天,我天天都吃 "OO",既飽肚又健康。
