冬瓜水
消暑冬瓜水
冬瓜水是一個既平宜又好味嘅湯水,大暑前後媽咪一定用去濕料煲冬瓜水,為家人清熱解毒。其實冬瓜水可以經常飲用,它可清胃去濕,吃過肥膩食物或感到體內燥火都可飲用。女士經常飲更可去水消腫,有助減肥。
材料:
1) 去濕料1包
2) 冬瓜3斤 (最好是冬瓜頭, 因為有較多冬瓜皮)
做法:
1) 用清水洗一下去濕料
2) 將冬瓜切件,不要去皮
3) 煲 1小時便可
4) 放入雪櫃作冰飲更清涼
