紅菜頭蜜柑沙律
用合時的蜜柑配紅菜頭加上芥末蘋果醋做了這個愉悅的沙律,它們的味道很夾。心情不好的時候,需要吃美味食物,因為美食能帶給人們愉快感覺,昨天的煩惱已一掃而空!
材料:
紅菜頭: 1 個
蜜柑:1.5 個
洋蔥:少許切幼絲
沙律汁:
蜜柑:0.5 個 (榨汁大概2湯匙)
蘋果醋:1湯匙
橄欖油:1湯匙
芥末醬:1茶匙
鹽:少許
黑胡椒:少許
