快速糯米飯

按「本經逢源」,糯米益氣補脾肺係溫養胃腸嘅好穀類。糯米咁有益今晚一於試下煮糯米飯做晚餐,多得姻伯母教我用電飯煲快速煮糯米飯,只需20分鐘美味嘅糯米飯就煮好啦!要個糯米飯唔好咁淋就要加D粘米,咁樣口感好好多。以後可以煮多D糯米飯嚟治木蝨啦, hahaha :)

小提示:
  1. 糯米與粘米嘅比例 = 1 : 0.2(可按個人喜好更改)
  2. 水嘅份量同煮法跟平日煮飯一樣, 注意: 糯米係唔洗浸嘅, 洗下就煮得。
  3. 量水後可加少少鹽調味
  4. 唔想臘腸太油,材料可預先蒸5分鐘,去油後才放飯面。另一懶人好方法:先用熱水洗下D臘腸,咁就無咁肥啦。
  5. 差不多飯好就將材料平放在飯面,飯好後焗多一陣。加上蔥粒同花生就有得食啦!係唔係勁簡單呢。快D煮個暖粒粒嘅糯米飯迎接依個寒冬嘅來臨!
