維他命C可以預防傷風感冒就人人都知, 根據

維他命C仲可以保護血管, 抗癌和防止老人癡呆。益處咁多, 真係不可小看這一個『C』。
今日一於來個

』smoothies補充下, 奇異果1個, 橙1個, 檸檬 1/4個 (連皮), 所有材料去
皮後放入BLENDER, 打打打...加冰再打打打...DONE!
