Strawberry sorbet

今日睇527學左整sorbet, 原來依款甜品咁易做, 同整smoothie差唔多, 都係將材料切粒後放入攪伴機, 攪攪攪...之後放入雪櫃, 約個零鐘攞出黎用支叉, 叉叉叉..., 整D空氣入去, 跟住再雪一陣, 咁就食得啦。 如果有雪糕機就更easy, 將攪完嘅東東放入雪糕機攪20分鐘, it's ready to serve :) 

材料:
士多啤梨 ... 340克
檸檬汁... 1茶匙
橙酒 (Cointreau) ... 1/8 杯
橙蜜糖 (Orange Blossom Honey) ... 2湯匙
