17小時紅酒紅莓合桃包
放假最鍾意係屋企開支紅酒, 聽下音樂, 睇下書, 咁就一日啦! 一枝酒通常飲剩少少, 好浪費, 依家可以用黎做包『紅酒紅莓合桃包』, 個包做出黎紅紅地色,無酒味 (我以為會有D酒味), 用黎做早餐應該無問題! 個包嘅質感似合桃無花果, 因為同樣加左黑麥,但就無左合桃無花果包嘅香味, 可能係我發酵得唔好, 氣空很大很多, 做唔到個包嘅特式, 我都係鍾意合桃無花果包多D!
