健康早餐:麥麩包
今早有時間搓個包包做早餐, 個包又香有熱, 好好味呀 :p
是日早餐:
1) 木瓜
2) 番茄炒蛋配麥麩包
3) 咖啡或茶
*用麥麩(Wheat Bran)做包比起用麥粉更香,而且非常健康。$20-30就買到 500g,用左27g 做左6個約60g嘅麥麩包, 個包已好有麥香,如果想個包靚仔D,可以入爐前在包面放些麥麩,焗出來會更脆更香。
