法式燉蛋系列(2) ~ 薑汁
收到啦, 知你鍾意抹茶味! :)
今日work from home, Lunch試做薑汁味, 減左5g嘅鮮奶, 加左10g嘅薑汁, 登登登登...心形薑汁燉蛋, 面層香脆內里軟滑, 你會唔會變心呢?依個甜品實在太太太簡單, 用左10分鐘個燉蛋已經預備好可以入爐, 如果唔係整薑汁較煩...可以更快手! 我覺得薑汁比抹茶更好味, 唔知同心情有無關係呢? ;P
