菠菜汁長通粉

愛上睇Asian Food Channel嘅 Chef at Home by Michael Smith , 每次睇完都好想即時學煮。Michael Smith提倡依照個人喜好做自己嘅食譜, 教人用簡單食材, 為家人同朋友自家做美味食物。依個菠菜汁長通粉係靠記憶煮嘅, 食材差不多跟足, 除左鼠尾草(sage), 因為買唔到。煮出黎個賣相當唔錯, 不過依款較creamy嘅pasta唔係我杯茶, 我都係鍾意蕃茄汁嘅pasta多D。
